I called four times in the last couple days, and no answer or return phone call. I was 100% set on buying from these guys, but since they can't answer the phone, I guess someone else will make $500 to install a garage door opener for me. If you're too cheap to staff for incoming calls, then you clearly don't care about your business thriving. Don't be cheap... staff for calls or lose business. The one sale you would've gotten from me would have paid for you to staff an employee for half a week. If this happens five times a week, you are losing $2000-2500 in business EVERY WEEK! Don't be cheap, invest in your business.
